SoMICE Sàrl, whose registered office is in Lausanne (hereinafter: "SoMICE", "we", "us", "our"), provides event and organisational services (hereinafter: "Service(s)"). We also offer content on our website / (hereinafter: "Website").

When we organise an event for a client, the client is the controller of your personal data, and we act as a processor. You should therefore refer to the client’s privacy policy.

By registering for an event via our platform, you consent to your data being processed and transmitted to the appropriate parties for the proper handling of your registration.

In that case, the Company shall comply with the applicable rules and adopt such measures as are required and necessary prior to transmitting the personal data abroad.

If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics, certain data may be transferred to the USA in that context.

5. Security and confidentiality of personal data

Although total security cannot be guaranteed, state-of-the-art security measures (both technical and organisational) have been implemented, taking the risks incurred into account, to protect your personal data against any accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, disclosure, or unauthorised access.

We may update this Policy from time to time without prior notice.

The new Policy shall be available on the Website.

By using our Services after our Policy has been updated, and by continuing to use our Website, you explicitly accept the modifications.
